I found it to be very helpful. For nearly a week, I couldn't hear out of my left ear due to wax buildup caused by using Q-Tips all the time. With my phone attached to the camera, I looked inside and saw the buildup. Using one of the cleaning tips, I removed most of the wax! Fortunately, I no longer need to see a doctor to hear again. I have experienced wax buildup twice now. It saved me a lot of money this time!
