It does make cupping on yourself easier. Guasha is a little tricky and takes practice. The handle is nice and really comfortable to use.

My first mistake was trying this out on my chunky little thigh. I thought I was going to peel my skin off and I totally panicked! Some lessons have been learned but this really does work. Take your time with it and learn the machine. I'm a licensed massage therapist and I used it on my first client today and they loved it. My only issue is scraping while using it. That's super hard or impossible and it loses suction when it's off. I will practice more. It feels great, I'm really happy with the results. It's great to suction then just gently rock it. I'm definitely going to order more to give as client gifts.

I suffer from Myofascial Pain Syndrome (MPS), and one of the treatments includes smoothing the fascia - which is a thin covering of fatty tissue enclosing a muscle or organ. Scraping can be very helpful to patients that have scar tissue, fascia restrictions, and strained muscles. Let me tell you, this baby has the best suction I've ever experienced. It gets the job done. The circulation in the treated areas was evident, and the pain was relieved.

The suction power is very strong. Without applying oil to your skin, it can be painful. After learning how to use the product, it can be fairly simple. Since I have been using it for a couple of months, I have noticed a reduction in cellulite on my thighs and arms. The more I use it the better I get at it. After getting bruised, I only use it again after the bruising has healed.
