Got it as present, including silicone pads for the massage heads, which seem to make the skin contact more comfortable. There is some pain relief, but I’d still go for a regular massage device. Main issues: my neck isn’t especially thick (men’s shirt neck 15.5), but the device hugs my neck very tightly; the needle-pricking effect sometimes sends me jumping.
