Orders, Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders via EMS and leading international carrier services. The average delivery time is 4-14 business days. However, international shipping delays can occur due to various reasons, such as a country’s customs process, weather, pandemic... Once your order arrives in your country, it is transferred to your local postal carrier for final delivery, and EMS tracking may stop updating. If it’s been more than 5 weeks, contact us and we will help track down your order.

Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipment.

We’ll do our best to change it for you, but we can’t guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase.

Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia, and Western Europe. If the item you’ve purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location, we’ll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.

Our return policy lasts 14 days, beginning only when our package is delivered to your address.
